- support the purchase order process
- verify the incoming orders
- manage the failed orders
- keep contact with the suppliers
- collaborate with the requestors/other departments- Resolve price variance invoice issues
- Fluent English AND advanced Spanish
-At least 1-2 years prior order processing-procurement job experience required
- Understanding of the P2P process
- Ability to use various office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Proactive attitude, ability to handle multiple tasks in the same time
- Self starter, always ready for learn new tasks and ability to work under pressure
