Our client is a leading international organisation in the field of operational leasing of passengers cars and light commercial vehicles. Due to their continuous growing they are looking for a motivated sales person to the following position: Account Development Manager

The goal of the job is to generate new customers and expand existing customers with the goal of increased customer satisfaction, more lease contracts and increased profitability. Main tasks are:
General
- To prepare a strategic account plan and an area plan
- To prepare the annual acquisition plan in conjunction with the Commercial Manager
- To actively look for the needs of leads/customers
- To keep up with external developments (incl. changing legislation and regulations and competition)
- To help translate market opportunities into existing and new products / services / working practices
- To maintain contacts with Office Sales on the portfolio and on the progress of charted actions
- To maintain and input the CRM system
- To act as a professional point of contact for customers
Acquisition
- To cultivate relations from 'suspect' status to 'customer' status
- To plan visits in conjunction with Office sales and monitor implementation
- To handle and write tenders
- To coordinate the tender library
- To initiate campaigns to keep acquisition activities at the defined level
- Responsible for contacts and the quality of the output of call centers
Relationship management
- To conduct negotiations with customers
- To act as a professional point of contact for customers
- To advise customers on optimum fleet management
- To ensure optimum product penetration
- To realize as many components as possible and an optimum margin within a portfolio of separate accounts

- College or University degree in Economics or Finance
- 3-7 years experience in sales manager or account manager position preferably in automotive / leasing / finance / services sector
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications
- Advanced level English – strong communication skills also verbal and written
- Strong customer and service oriented personality
- Excellent commercial skills – sales attitude
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Result oriented, self motivated and dynamic attitude
