Acts as the primary quality assurance contact of electronic products in the EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa and India) region.
Coordinates and monitors problem solving activity with special focus on failure analysis, customer communication and containment action definition and execution.
Plans and executes product analysis and testing for customer reported quality incidents.
Monitors and issues corrective action reports through customer portals such as Covisint Ensure.
Manages quality related communication between customers and manufacturing locations.
Recommends methods and procedures to improve manufacturing processes according to customer requirements or determined necessary through failure/trend analysis.
Coordinates customer PPAP and APQP activities.
Manages the successful execution of all supplier change requests and customer suggestion changes affecting new and existing PPAPs.
Végzettség: Degree in electrical engineering.
Szakmai tapasztalat: At least 3-5 years experience gained in quality field, in a multinational manufacturing environment.
Informatika:
Egyéb követelmény: Solid knowledge of standard quality methods (APQP, PPAP, 8D, FMEA).
Fluent English.
Competency in PC, specifically MS Office.
Excellent communication and organizational influencing skills.

Ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel abroad.
Experience in the analysis of passive components.
User level knowledge of Minitab, Autocad, SAP.
