Financial Process Trainer
Tasks:
- supporting the Learning & Development Manager in the delivery training programs
- monitoring, reviewing and providing feedback on training programmes to meet all business needs
- undertake the development of all appropiate training materials
- input into the training team service reviews and reports
Requirements:
- university or college degree
- extensive background in a training role in a corporate environment
- fluent English
- coaching expertise
- strong communication and organisational skills
-high level of IT proficiency in Microsoft Packages
