On behalf of our BSC partner we are looking for a
Customer Service Team Leader (SSC)
Tasks:
-managing a team of approx.10-15 CS Representatives (coaching, hiring, training)
- ensuring timely resolution of service requests and activities
- developing skills, competencies and knowledge of CS team members
- carrying out regular one to ones with all direct reports to discuss performance and develop career path plans
- conducting half yearly and annual appraisals with direct reports, organizing monthly team meetings
- developing and monitoring KPIs
Requirements:
- fluent English
- min.3 years TL experience in SSC environment
