On behalf of our BSC partner we are looking for a
Customer Service Support CSR (English)
Tasks:
-supporting the businesses: working with Head Officce teams to achieve busisness specific objectives and goals
- handle all customer and support requests in a professional and timely manner from the first contact through to a satisfactory completion or resolution
- escalate any high wisk customer issues (financial, legal, reputation)
- ensure data is accurately entered and maintaained in all Customer Service and data collection systemy, minimising errors and resultant financial losses
- exhibit strong Team Player characteristics, contstructive communication and active listening skills at all times
Requirements:
- fluent English
- relevant Customer Service knowledge
- educated to A Level standard or equivelent
- high level of IT proficiency in Microsoft packages
