On the behalf of our multinational partner we are looking for candidates for its subsidiary in Debrecen for the position:
Customer Service Representative
Task(s):
- Handle incoming queries of customers via e-mail and telephone
- Managing customer requests, complaints, queries
- Troubleshoot customer issues
- Give guidance and information
- Responsible for data entry and administration
- Entering customer orders and following them up
- Supports the management of the organisational process interfaces by developing suitable Quality Agreements (internal SLA's)
Requirement(s):
- Good English AND French / German language knowledge
- University / college degree would be preferred
- Strong PC user skills
- Customer focused
- Team members skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service is profitable
- Fresh graduates are welcome as well
