On behalf of our Client who is one of the biggest vertically integrated companies for oil and gas production in Southeast Europe, dealing with exploration, production and refining of crude oil and natural gas, as well as with the sales of a broad range of petroleum products are looking for candidates. We are currently looking for:
Expert coordinator for M&A support
Task:
- M&A deals support from feasibility study to closing
- Evaluation of assets for potential M&A
- Developing the financial models for business evaluation
- Creating database of analitical data and DueDil knowledge
Responsilbities:
- Organization of overall Due dilligence on M&A projects
- Selection of external consultants on M&A projects, contracting, DD tracking
- Coordination of external and internal project team's members
- International team leading on M&A projects
- Performing of financial DueDilligence
- Preparing of country, marketing and business review on M&A projects
- Preparing of final report on comprehensive DueDil for decision-making
- Developing the assumptions for business evaluatiion models
- Developing the financial models for business evaluation
- Financial evaluation of assets for potential M&A
Requirements:
- University Degree
- ACCA or CFA, one has passed 3 (1 for CFA) exams will have a preference
- 5 years of working experience
- Special experience – Due Dilligence or M&A projects, financial analyst
- Hungarian – native, English – fluent
- Proactive personality
- Perfect managing, communication, presentation and training skills
- The ideal candidate is senior consultant and higher position, DD project experience and experience in managing
