For our multinational Client operating in Gyor in the food industry we are looking for a Sales Director.
- Cooperation on creation and pursuit of the corporate sales strategy
- Creation of the price strategy for corporate products
- Management, coordination and checking of distribution and redistribution of products
- Management and organization of department (around 20 people)
- Intense cooperation with mother company
- Checking for new business opportunities
- Dealing with the new business cases - conclusion of contracts, quality claims, receivables etc.
- Creation of sales plan
- Reporting directly to the Executive Director of the Company and in certain areas to the Sales Director of the Company
- Fulfillment of the corporate sales strategy
- Supervision of key negotiations with top customers
- Coordination of sales and production activities of the company
- Reach good financial results of managed department
- High-school or university graduate, preferably with financial education
- Minimum 5-7 years work experience
- Experience with team leading
- Experience in the food industry
- Computer literacy (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of Hungarian, English languages is a must
- Knowledge of Slovak and/or Czech languages is an advantage
- A good sales network is a must
- Driving license
- Strong team leader, communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented, pragmatic person, energetic, time-flexible
- Be a good commercial person and a good manager in one
