Our client is one of the world's largest fashion retailers. It's made up of more than 100 companies operating in textile design, manufacturing and distribution. They already opened more than 5000 stores all over the world. Currently we are looking for their Budapest based office a dynamic professional who has good analytical skills in the position of: Loss Prevention Manager

Loss Prevention is responsible for safety and security across all Retail Stores in Czech, Slovakian and Hungarian region. He/she is responsible for all investigations and operational standards, and creates and delivers Loss Prevention strategy and trainings to store management, staff, and market leaders. He/she manages vendors, physical security, and contract guards, and works closely with all levels of management to ensure they are in compliance with company standards and policy.

- Provide support, guidance, feedback, and training to all Stores within defined market/area regarding Loss Prevention
- Lead and implement Loss Prevention procedures which safeguard the Company's assets and provide clear guidance
- Identify through Store visits preventative measures on reducing shortage and ensure 100% execution
- Enforce/implement Physical Security standards within Markets
- Lead all security and loss prevention investigations
- Responsible for working with Inventory Control Specialist, Store and Market leaders to identify inventory shortage opportunities and recommend resolutions
- Assess store and market needs to ensure Loss Prevention resources are properly deployed
- Develop Market specific shortage action plans in high-risk stores
- Conducts investigations and interviews for inventory, cash loss, and breach of company policies and procedures
- Proactively monitor controls to identify employee theft
- Assist with internal investigations as directed by leadership
- Work closely with management to communicate and train operational standards
- Advise and implement appropriate security/LP equipment
- Ensure physical security assets are robust, meet all standards & criteria
- Responsible for communicate daily activities to store leaders, market leaders and Field Leadership Teams. Interfaces with Field /Corporate business partners (i.e. Human Resources, Legal and all the related departments)

- A minimum of 2 years of retail Loss Prevention management experience preferably in regional position at a multinational company
- College or University degree preferably in Economics
- Fluent English is a must – Spanish is an advantage
- Proactive problem solver who anticipates problems versus reacting to them
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office application (Excel and Word)
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
- Comfortable in an evolving, operational and dynamic environment
- Open to frequent travel
