We are looking for motivated candidates for a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist role.
The Junior Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of payment processing, including 3-way-match, invoice entry, problem resolution and processing of manual / exception payments.
- Resolution of matching errors of vendor invoice, purchase order and receipt acknowledgment
- Automatic payment processing
- Preparation of vouchers
- Processing of vendor debit/ credit memos
- Manual check preparation and distribution
- Research and reconciliation of accounts payable balances and vendor statements
- Management reporting specific to accounts payable
- Audit support specific to accounts payable
- Support the training and process improvement efforts
- College or University degree in the field of Economics
- 0-2 years relevant work experience - fresh graduates are welcome
- Fluent English and German knowledge is required
- ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is an advantage
- Shared Service Centre experience is also a plus
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
