- Quality management
- Training and development
- Administration(including HR related activities)
- Prepare Consolidated reports, client status reports
- Participate in client reviews
- Program management
- Organize team work and keep the team motivation at a higher level
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service industry wich includes IT helpdesk experience
- Fluent English AND French AND German knowledge
- Good analytical and people management skills
- Knowledge on Service Desk tools
- Willing to work in 7x24 environment
Good to have:
- Familiarity of ITIL and six sigma implementation on IT helpdesk project
