Regional Procure to Pay Support Coordinator
1) Support the development of the system
• Implement developments and provide testing support to the whole Ariba application, SAP MM module, and business warehouse
• Ensure proper usage of the Ariba suite, SAP MM and BW reporting, and resolve ongoing issues
• Support AP system applications
• Manage Ariba data tables and coordinate master data changes
2) Support the usage of the system
• Increase the degree of process automation with suppliers and local procurement organizations
• Onboard suppliers to the Ariba Supplier Network
• Setting up e-catalogues, e-invoicing and business forms
3) Deliver first level support and system administration for the entire Ariba spend management suite (e-Sourcing, Contract Workbench, Buyer) and Ariba Supplier Network
• Handle all incoming calls/e-mails from the business and suppliers in relation to Ariba, SAP MM and BW spend management reporting first level support.
• Assist end-users with general use and navigation queries.
• College or university degree
• Experience in procurement is a must
• Active English knowledge is a must
• Experience in Shared Service or Customer Service Centre in a support function is a plus
• Excellent problem solving and strong communication skills
• Analytical capability, good IT skills
• Knowledge of Ariba or SAP desirable, but initial training will be offered for this position
