Job Description:
We are looking for a German/Czech speaking technical IT-consultant who will work in one of our customer's service desk. The candidate for this position will be fluent in German, Czech and English and have a great interest in computers and computer peripherals.
It is not necessary that you have prior experience in the field but you need to have a personal interest in computers and peripherals. In this role you will be a member of an EMEA support team with an ever changing work situation that demands high flexibility and stress tolerance. You strive for a very high level of service and you have great communication skills as well as great patience with customers.
Required skills:
