Expanding multinational technology services and solutions company along with Randtad is looking for customer oriented individuals to work in full time positions.

- Answers calls within stated guidelines.
- Provides accurate and creative solutions to complex client problems meeting all pre defined quality measurements.
- Analyses and interprets complex client inquiries to ascertain them and solve them.
- Co-ordinates between clients and vendors to ensure timely resolution of problems.
- Provides technical support to more junior employees.
- Collates performance reporting information e.g. call and fault statistics. Forwards to appropriate person as requested.
- Provides a high degree of client satisfaction in all work undertaken.
- Liaises internally and externally to enable client queries to be answered and problems solved.

- Strong communication skills in English
- Fluent in German or French
- High level of IT skills (MCITP/MCSA Server Admin certificate)
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL v3 Foundation certificate is an advantage)
- Networking and Cisco Telephony (CUCM) knowledge
- Process oriented
- Problem resolution oriented
- Good technical coaching ability
- Willingness to work in a shared desk environment
- Team player
