For our multinational client who is providing office equipments we are looking for an experienced EMEA IT Customer Support & Infrastructure Manager to join their team in Budapest.
-Ensure the expected level of service provided by internal customer support (Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management)
-Ensure the expected level of service provided by service delivery (Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Service Continuity and Availability Management)
-Build a long term relationship with partners
-Manage the partnership through weekly / monthly / quarterly business events
-Analyse gaps and ensures that IT specifications regarding processes and quality of deliverables are respected
-Validate the correct invoicing in respect of the services provided by the partners
-Graduated in Information Technology
-Fluent spoken and written English skills
-Leadership experience and coordination in a multinational environment
-Ability to drive a team and coordinate the daily operations
-Effectively work and communicate with personnel from mixed cultural backgrounds
-Provide team objectives, evaluation and career development guidance
-Vendor reviews, handle escalations
-Understand ITIL practice in Service Support area
-Ability to organize and define processes
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Efficiency and result oriented
