- Develop and maintain good proactive working relationships with customers through written and verbal communication
- Ensure data is accurately entered and maintained in all systems
- Take full ownership of issues and queries and ensure they are fully resolved in an efficient and effective manner
- Interact with other CSC teams
- Provide efficient and effective management, resolution and escalation of complaints, service requests
- Fluent German and at least intermediate English language knowledge
- Experience in the field of customer service
