For our multinational client who is providing office equipments we are looking for a Portuguese speaking Customer Care Specialist to join their team in their Budapest business support center.
- Service Center Specialist is responsible for the administration of service entitlements and invoicing.
- Manage Customer Database.
- The specialist is in charge of ensuring delivery to the customers.
- Create and dispatch of service request, ensure accurate and on-time workorder status, manage Channel Partner claims.
- Manage quality monitoring, ensure right communication with customer and partner for all service actions.
- Run payment form for Service Partners, place order in system.
- University/College degree
- Fluent English AND Portuguese
- Very well organized & process oriented
- Confidence in using different systems
- Customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills / team player
- Problem solving
