Today, our Clients name is synonymous with high quality and exceptional value. In 2011 They decided to establish an IT support service center in Hungary . We are looking for highly-motivated, customer service-oriented people in the following position: IT Team Leader Main responsibilities: - Supervises the training of employees and trainees from other areas;
- Ensures his employees have a full understanding of the workings and philosophies of our Clients strategy;
- Ensures the creation of the necessary documents and concept papers as required by the help desk processes in place and/or as specified in the IT project management approach and inspects their quality;
- Manages day-to-day operations of the help desk for a given shift;
- Trains, develops and evaluates help desk personnel to retain a motivated and professional workforce;
- Periodically evaluates work performance of subordinates for purposes of promotional opportunities;
- Helps develop each subordinate to achieve their maximum potential;
- Constantly looks for opportunities to improve customer support;
- Provides support to corporate, divisions and/or stores and contacts appropriate internal personnel or external vendors when further expertise is required;
- Creates several analysis and reports for management.
Requirements: - University or College degree;
- At least 3-5 years professional experience in similar area, with minimum 1 year managerial experience;
- Advanced command of English and German languages;
- Good leadership and communication skills;
- Self starter, reliable, systematic and quality-oriented way of working;
- High customer/service-orientation;
- High motivation, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
