Our Client has successfully established itself as one of the most reputable retailers in the international business market. Today, our Clients name is synonymous with high quality and exceptional value. In 2011 They decided to establish an IT support service center in Hungary .

We are looking for highly-motivated, customer service-oriented people in the following position:

IT System Analyst

Main responsibilities:

  • Trains and develops help desk personnel to retain a motivated and professional workforce;
  • Informs management of recurring issues or when group training is required for help desk employees;
  • Assists help desk employees with completing assigned responsibilities in a timely and effective manner to provide the highest level of service for the business;
  • Provides input to the IT Help Desk Manager concerning personnel hiring;
  • Constantly looks for opportunities to improve customer support;
  • Identifies and documents software and hardware issues and makes recommendations to the appropriate group;
  • Identifies, profiles and seeks to understand the top sources of calls, in order to develop solutions to eliminate them and automate the delivery of solutions for others;
  • Identifies, diagnoses, isolates and resolves problems in order to provide permanent solutions;
  • Provides solutions to prevent the recurrence of incidents related to known errors;
  • Documents and recommends appropriate system change requests utilising the defined process;
  • Meets with vendors as needed to discuss issues and concerns;
  • Escalates issues to the appropriate level of support;
  • Determines the technical steps required to resolve any issue escalated to another group or vendor so that fewer issues need to be escalated;
  • Creates several reports and analysis and maintains a knowledge database of help desk calls.

Requirements:

  • University or College degree;
  • At least 3-5 years professional experience in similar area;
  • Advanced command of English and German languages;
  • Good analytical and communication skills;
  • Self starter, reliable, systematic and quality-oriented way of working;
  • High customer/service-orientation;
  • High motivation, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
