Intercompany Team Leader (Budapest)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and book incoming / outgoing charges
- Submit forecasts
- Manage and book settlements, accruals
- GL and system reconciliation
- Provide and retrieve back-ups to/from counterparties
- Follow-up and solve issues and disputes
- Support audit materials
- Develop appropriate procedures to improve efficiency
- Ensure group policies, accounting standard, SOX and regulatory requirements are met
- Follow-up transitions for IC, support changes
- Lead and motivate the team members (training, coaching, handling complaints)
