Our Partner is an international service company.

- Build and maintain effective, professional relationships with key partners
- Identify and implement sales and marketing activities within the country to reach sales targets, monitor results of the sales and marketing teams
- Identify marketing strategies to grow and develop the brand with a view to maximising the profitability potential for the Hungarian business
- Grow the businesses through the launch of service with new distribution partners and the expansion of distribution among existing dsitribution partners
- Develop Marketing strategy
- Lead the sales and marketing team
- Establish a culture of customer service excellence within the Sales team
- Provide an environment where all staff are given the opportunity to develop as Sales and Marketing professionals. This will include objective setting, reviewing of performance and motivating team members to achieve their very best
- Creation of sales incentive programs to motivate internal and external sales teams to facilitate achievement of goals
- Participate in the recruitment of new team members with HR
- Review all sales and Marketing staff activities, train and coach team members and identify skill development opportunities

- University/College degree
- General Management skills and experience
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Sales and Marketing experience
- Strong business orientation and customer Focus
- Creativity
- Strong leadership skills
- Computer literate (Excel, Power Point)
