Description of the service
- make order acknowledgements
- make purchase orders
- monitor deliveries from vendors
- forward deliveries
- make invoices
- in cooperation with sales managers, form offers for customers
The position requires daily contacts with coworkers, customers, front line offices, vendors and forwarders as well as on occasion participation in improvement projects within area of responsibility of the position or the department.
Competence profile
Theoretical demands
Senior High school degree in administration
Practical demands
Several years experience in order administration
At least 6 months experience in working with SAP administrative systems, order handling and purchase orders
Experience in working with all kinds of export documentation needed in the marine business, for example, letter of credit and customs invoices.
Experienced in understanding the Marine market
Experience in working independently with computerized tasks and with SAP administrative systems
Experience and basic knowledge of equipments delivered by the company
Ability to create good relations with suppliers and coworkers
Personal qualities
Socially skilled, ability to create good relations with suppliers and coworkers
Communicative,
Objective and analytic.
Ability to drive own work.
