Finance Manager (Budapest)
Responsibilities:
- To ensure compliance of the accounting and tax law with the requirements
- To ensure full accounting according to the Hungarian and IFRS rules
- To apply & check tax returns and statistics
- To manage monthly accounts closing tasks
- To produce annual financail statements
- Tax optimization
- To prepare reports for the management of the corporation / the parent company (both English and German)
- To plan and monitor cash flow
- To conduct audits, tax audits
- To reconciliate general ledger analytics
- To keep contact with external authorities
- To supervise, manage and control the effective financial and accounting work of the team.
Requirements:
- College or University degree in finance or economics
- Registered accountant with reliable accounting knowledge
- At least 5 years experience in finance and accounting
- Up to date knowledge of the following fields: tax, accounting
- Confident MS Office skills, advanced Excel, Word
- Fluent English, German is advantage
- Reliability, accuracy
- System thinking skills
- Good problem solving and organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
