Our client is a multinational production company in the automotive/transportation sector.
Responsibilities:
- Implement continuous improvement through the organization using various methods including training sessions, workshops projects and ongoing initiatives in lean manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional teams through kaizen events
- Implement lean toolset
- Improve productivity with eliminating waste, facilitate kaizen events, cost new models, and educate and mentor colleagues new to the lean processes
- Perform gap assessments on the Plant's manufacturing system, create current and future state value stream maps and develop Lean improvement plans and schedules, coordinate the daily task of lean operator and technician
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Engineering or Supply Chain preferred
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing System
The ideal candidate gained his/her 3-4 years experience in the automotive industry as Lean Engineer/Expert and has interest and potential to grow.
Computer literacy at high level including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
Language skills: fluency in oral and written English.
