Technical Support Engineer - 3rd level (Budapest)
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance for complex issues (Incidents and problems) towards internal support groups and/or directly with our customers
- Needs to maintain close relations with third parties, like vendors, to be able to monitor progress of reported problems, known caveats, newly available features, software upgrades and hardware products. This to be able to foresee possible conflicts and improvements to operational services.
- Implement complicated configurations together with the service delivery team and/or the customer
- Document clearly and efficiently the solutions implemented internally (incident management systems) as well as externally (documents for customers/third parties)
- Design customer solutions as needed. (standard products or tailor made) in collaboration with the sales teams.
- Provide training to other support groups.
Requirements:
- College or University degree
- Fluent in English other languages are advantage
- Required: CCNP qualified or equivalent by experience. Need to have experience with Cisco in a WAN environment
- Required 2 years professional experience in supporting a Cisco router environment
- Required 2 years professional experience within tele/datacommunications environment
- Required: fluently in English (written and spoken)
- Desired: VOIP experience
- Desired: awareness of ITIL
