Manufacturing Trainee - Pest County
Tasks:
- Develops and improves manufacturing processes for products with new or existing technologies including the integration and end-to-end functional quality of the product and its components
- Participation in manufacturing related processes, electronic card assembly, tooling, re-utilization and order processing
- Review Planning processes (meetings, presentations, Capacity and Headcount planning, Workload calculations)
- Make productivity calculations based on the Build plan data
- Take an active part in the Cost related projects Work on on demand projects
- Participate on the weekly and monthly meetings
- Make productivity calculations based on the Build plan data
Requirements:
- Bachelors/ Masters Degree (in Business/ Management is preferred)
- At least 1 year advisory and project management experience
- Fluent level of English (both written and spoken)
- Good communication, organizer, analytical and problem solving skills
- Good combination and decision making skill
- Ability to lead group of people, management potential
- Ability to learn fast
- Proactive acting, flexibility
