Would you like to be a part of a dynamic company? Do you speak English and Russian on high level? We are looking for highly-motivated person in the following position:

Our Client is the largest supplier of technological solutions for acquiring networks. They are providing high quality services to develop a profitable and dynamic business and focusing on delivering hi-tech software products and their successive implementations.

  • Assistance to the Managing Director
  • Organize conference calls and meetings
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Maintain orderly appearance of the office, including ordering of replacement supplies
  • Preparing official letters
  • Do the basic book-keeping:
    • Register incoming invoices and transfer them to book keeper
    • Keep up-to-date the bookkeeping file
    • Prepare bank wire transfers
  • Assist with the organization of social activities
  • Updating the web page
  • Organization of marketing events
  • Maintaining press releases
  • Directly relevant education - College / university degree is preferable, but not a must
  • 2-4 years experience in assistance
  • Fluent in Russian and English
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
