Customer Service Professional - the first contact point for international customers.
Main responsibility of the incumbent will be to execute customer orders and inquiries without any mistake and in a professional manner.
Other responsibilities:
- Daily contact with customers
- Coordination of all activities toward customer
- Claims solution and return process
- Advice on product, prices and payments
- Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction
- Management of assigned corporate customer portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills, team orientation, and customer service mindset
- Advanced English and German both oral and written
- Studies and/or work experience from within the country will also be an advantage
- Ability to handle several customers with differing profiles
- Ability to work under pressure and independent responsibility
- Customer service work experience may come as an advantage.
This position is suitable for both fresh graduates and candidates with work experience.
