Contributing to the implementation of MOL Group Downstream strategy to achieve profit and payback targets by applying and managing relevant planning and reporting processes in the area of Retail. Increasing Downstream's value-creating capacity by efficient planning and controlling of resources in the Retail area.
• Contributing to the strategic planning process and to the regular update of Downstream's strategic plan for Retail
• Managing the preparation and regular revision of the planning and forecasting processes; controlling methods in Retail
• Coordinating and supervising the preparation of top-down/bottom-up plans, reports and forecasts at Group Level
• Supervising the application, development and standardisation of the key performance indicators (KPI) and the Business Balanced Scorecard (BBSC)
• Ensuring that CAPEX project proposals are incorporated into the business plans. Supervising the preparation of their economic calculations.
• Contributing and coordinating monitoring of MOL Group's efficiency improvement projects
• Master's or equivalent degree in economic science or business administration
• At least 5 years' professional as well as 1 year's leadership experience
• Knowledge of general corporate processes, and international oil industry practices
• Up-to-date accounting and taxation knowledge
• Fluent in English
• Hands-on, accountable, precise, process-focused, able to handle complexity, able to prioritize, big picture thinking
