The pure play Coffee & Tea company Sara Lee Hungary Ltd(Douwe Egberts, Pickwick, Sir Morton, Senseo, Piazza d'Oro)
is looking for an HR Coordinator.

Job purpose:
Employer branding & Recruitment
Internal communication
Administrative support

Employer branding/Recruitment
- Re-brand the whole recruitment and selection process in line with corporate identity
- Manage recruitment and selection projects requested by any department of the company, from creating job profile together with line manager(s), via recruitment, preselecting candidates, interviews, up to professional support to decision making, inlc. proposal for compensation packages. (Position responsible for selection of blue collar workers, fresh graduates, and individual contributors up to management level)
- Organize interviews, competency test, assessment centres when needed
- Make on-boarding a five senses experience

Internal Communication
- Drive internal communication by ensuring fluent information flow within the department, in the company, as well as with external partner (suppliers)
- Visualise and share our love for coffee and tea in all our communication activity (written/verbal, in Hungarian/in English)

Administration
- Ensure overall personal, administrational and professional support to the HR Director, assist her in managing tasks and priorities, organize her programs, follow up on projects
- Manage supplier relations (core HR services, but also services for the total company) from assisting in selection of suppliers (running tenders), via preparing material for decision making, up to keeping up well operating relations, following up supplier service quality, cost controlling and up to making proposals when needed, to change supplier
- Work with SAP (R3) in 2 roles:
-as SAP Business Process Owner, managing all role requests and changes from all over the company (SL Hungary Zrt.), together with the SAP Support Centre in India
-creating PO-s (purchase orders), and following up completion and payment of services ordered in SAP

- Degree in economics, business and/or HR management (BSc or MSc)
- At least 4-5 years working experience at a similar position (preferably multinational and/or FMCG)
- Experience in managing projects as well as administrative tasks alone
- At least 2-3 years recruitment and selection is a must (company side is an advantage)
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Computer literacy (higher user level of Excel, Word and Power Point), affinity to work with integrated systems
Experience with SAP is an advantage (SAP R3, production environment is required)
