Controlling MOL Group and INA Upstream (including Gas Midstream) international activities, coordinating US reporting, planning and forecasting and resource allocation between Group and INA. Proactive contribution with partial responsibilities for Group-level Upstream controlling, planning and forecasting, reporting and allocation resource to maximising value.
• Being in financial and economic control of international Upstream and Gas Midstream activities
• Coordinating planning and forecasting, setting rules and guidelines for INA's international processes
• Being responsible for top-down planning of INA's international activities and coordinating bottom-up planning with INA
• Coordinating reserve evaluation and allocation with INA;
contributing Group- level reserve evaluation
• Partially responsible for Group-level controlling and reporting, financial and operational planning & forecasting processes and Upstream Division activities
• University/College degree in Economics or Finance
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 3-5 years' professional experience
• Up-to-date accounting, financial and controlling knowledge
• High level of IT user skills: SAP R/3, MS Office
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills with pro-active and energetic attitude
• Hands-on, accountable, precise, process-focused, able to handle complexity, able to prioritise big picture thinking
