Controlling highlighted cost categories at MOL Group Level and preparing benchmark analysis for its flagship companies. Increasing the cost efficiency of Business and Functional Unit and Subsidiaries' operations. Proactive contribution to cost comparison and creating transparency among the flagship companies.
• Having Group-level control over highlighted cost categories falling under the influence of the Functional Unit; regular reporting and benchmarking in different dimensions (Business and Functional Units, Subsidiaries and flagship companies)
• Coordinating the transparency in cost calculation and cost accounting by the flagship companies' planning and forecasting efforts
• Maintaining and operating a database of internal and external benchmarks
• Setting rules and guidelines for flagship company processes
• Being responsible for cost-efficient operations of the flagship companies in highlighted cost categories
• Supporting the Controlling work flows of major MOL efficiency programmes
• University/College degree in Economics or Finance
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 3-5 years' professional experience
• Up-to-date accounting, financial and controlling knowledge
• High level of IT user skills: SAP R/3, MS Office
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills with pro-active and energetic attitude
• Hands-on, accountable, precise, process-focused, able to handle complexity, able to prioritize, big picture thinking
