Contributing to the implementation of Downstream strategy and the fulfilment of profit and payback targets by applying and managing relevant planning and reporting processes. Increasing Downstream's value-creating capacity by efficient planning and control of resources.
• Contributing to the strategic planning process; updating and operating the Top Down model for Downstream
• Managing the preparation and regular revision of planning and forecasting processes as well as underpinning controlling methods
• Coordinating and supervising the preparation of top-down/bottom-up plans, reports and forecasts at Downstream Group level.
• Managing the preparation of the Downstream stock exchange report
• Supervising the application, development and standardisation of key performance indicators (KPI) and the Business Balanced Scorecard (BBSC)
• Ensuring that CAPEX project proposals are incorporated into business plans; supervising preparation of the economic calculations
• Contributing and coordinating monitoring of MOL Group's efficiency improvement projects
• Managing product line profitability calculations and other reporting requirements
• Master's or equivalent degree in economic science, business administration or engineering
• At least 5 years' professional, as well as 1 year's leadership experience
• Knowledge of Downstream, preferably international oil industry practice
• Up-to-date accounting and taxation knowledge
• Fluent in English
