Effective implementation of MOL Downstream Development organisational redesign at MOL Group and local levels to increase the Group's Downstream profitability and operational efficiency in 2012 and onward, utilising all synergies deriving from integrated Downstream operations.
• Managing planning and implementation of Capital Budget; supervising preparation of projects
• Developing Downstream (DS) Division's marketable product portfolio; managing project development
• Evaluating competitors; participating in identifying acquisition targets; launching integration processes
• Managing DS's innovation unit; developing strategy
• Overseeing evaluation of inorganic transition division
• Developing, harmonising and managing the Capital Budget
• Supervising competitive product and technological structures; strategic planning
• Managing and initiating strategic product and technological development tasks
• Minimum 15 years' experience in the Downstream oil or petrochemicals industry and 5+ years' management experience
• Business and technical knowledge of the international oil industry value chain
• Experience in multinational corporate culture
• Track record in project leadership
• Strong technical knowledge in the refining and petrochemical arena
• Computer/PC knowledge: Business SW, MS Office (SAP would be an advantage)
• Negotiating level of English
• B category driving licence
