Expanding multinational technology services and solutions company along with Randtad is looking for customer oriented individuals to work in full time positions.
- Provide technical support over the phone and via e-mail to clients calling with simple or more complex IT problems
- Answer basic questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, register and correct technical faults, using technical and communication skills
- Guide the caller through the necessary steps to restore functionality
- Escalates complex problems
- Keep contact with technical teams
- Strong communication skills in English
Fluent in DUTCH
- Basic computer skills
- Considerable familiarity with MS Office and Windows environment in general is highly appreciated, but is not necessary
- High-level communication skills, client-oriented attitude
- Proactive and patient personality
- Aptitude for quick learning of technical and procedural topics
