- Analysis, development and planning of the IBM WebSphere Portal Architecture incl. implementation planning
- Definition and introduction of technical software-architecture- and development-guidelines for the portal-environment based on self-governed studies on user-experience and user-satisfaction
- Management of the companywide portal-software landscape based on IBM WebSphere/Java technology
- Coordination with the global IS teams regarding the alignment of the IBM WebSphere/Java architecture and infrastructure standards with the general global standards and guidelines
- Definition and implementation guidance of the portal Data-Architecture
- Occasional programming of the company's Customer Portal components
- Planning, setup, and processing of technical tests including bug-fixing
University degree in computer sciences
- Professional experience with the Portal-/Web-Development
- Excellent knowledge of the IBM WebSphere Architecture: Portal-/Application-Server 5.1-7.0
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience with development in Java-Frameworks: J2EE, EJB, JSP, JSF, WebServices (JSR-109). Portlet Standard know-how is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge and experience with XML, LDAP (Hibernate is a plus)
- Solid experience with software-modeling with UML and SOA
- Excellent know-how and professional experience with various software development frameworks: V-Model, RAD, Agile- and Speed-Programming

- International project- and team-experience
