- Project Management of SAP roll-out in their European manufacturing sites
- Scope management on project level
- Ensures that tasks of different teams are focused on project deliverables
- Manages additional requests outside of project initial scope
- Measures and monitors progress of the deliverables to ensure that the business capability is delivered on time and within budget by applying the defined project management tools
- Manages risks within the project and escalates them if needed
- Resource and budget planning and tracking
- Report out progress for stakeholders on project reviews
- University degree (preferably in IT or Sciences/Mathematics) or comparable experience
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- At least 5+ years IT project management experience
- High level of business and SAP (or other large ERP) acumen preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of business processes, risk and quality management
- Experience in automotive industry is an advantage
- Very strong customer and quality focus in a constantly changing and multicultural environment
- Advanced analytical and facilitation skills and ability to build a collaborative and cooperative environment
- Awareness of software development life-cycle
