Exxon Mobil Corporation operates a network of Business Support Centers around the world that support their global operations and customers and is seeking qualified candidates for the Business Support Center in Budapest.
Customer Service and Support:
- providing first line support to the Site Manager, vendors and other customers to ensure flawless operation for European Retail Sites
- answering incoming telephone calls & SAP mails and faxes from European Retails Sites and vendors
Problem resolution:
- responsible for resolving and logging the forwarded issues in SAP and provide feedback through SAP and other systems
- assessing the criticality of the issue and deciding of the appropriate follow up action
- advising on business procedures and end-to-end processes
Root cause analysis:
- root cause analysis of reason for calls and implementation of measure to decrease the overall number of calls
- the successful candidate will gain cross functional knowledge over different departments and teams and has to engage with the different teams
- Proficiency in English and Norwegian
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Very well organized & process oriented
- Confidence in using different systems

- Good analytics (logical thinking and numerical skills)
