Service Center Agent is in charge, for one or several countries, to administer the contract registration, contract invoicing and workorder management.
- Manage Customer Database
- Quality monitoring
- Run payment form for Service Partners
- Place order in system
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent English AND Italian knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Resistant to stress
- Good Communication & interpersonal skills
