Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we are looking for 2nd Level IT Helpdesk specialists in 7 x 24 shifts to their Debrecen-based business services center.
- Providing in-depth technical support to customers through network or equipment monitoring
- Localisation and remote repair
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting
- Ticket-handling
- Customer care
- College or university degree
- 6 months minimum in a similar job
- Strong fluent business English AND German knowledge
- Deep knowledge of Cisco routers
- Knowledge of voice and data platforms
- Good customer relations skills
- Ability to work in 7/24 shifts
