Our international client operates in the financial services industry. Currently we are looking for their Budapest based office an HR professional in the position of:
HR Manager
The aim of the position is to establish and manage a stable, service and business oriented Human Resources department. She/he has to ensure that all the processes are aligned of employee needs and employer demands.
- Achieving annual HR targets and Budget – participate annual budgeting process
- Coordinate the annual Employee Satisfaction – provide support for employees and line managers as well
- Establish and maintain an Appraisal system that suits the needs of the company and the employees (360 degrees)
- Organise and plan individual and professional trainings based on the responsible manager's inputs
- Monitoring the annual training budget
- Establish and maintain the Succession plan system and support the development of the key employees
- Regular reporting to Management and headquarter
- Organizing internal events, and taking responsibility for internal communication
- Coordinating the annual bonus and salary inflation adjustment and increases
- Managing full scope of recruitment – building up good relationship to external advisors and HR organisations
- Cooperation with the HR department on people management issues (recruitment, performance evaluation system, succession planning, coaching, and mentoring)
- Making bonus, salary, training administration and complete ad-hoc HR related projects
- Establishing, coordinating and maintaining a customer service oriented Front Desk and Office Area
- A minimum of 5 yearsoo experience in HR in a multinational environment – preferably from service provider industries
- Expert in local labour legislation and HR practices
- College or University degree preferably in Economics or in HR
- Fluent English is a must – Spanish is an advantage

- Proactive communicator with a keen sense of how to deeply connect with people and build trust
- Fluent English language is a must
