For the company's newly set up Shared Service Centre in Hungary, which provides finance, procurement and human resource services to its European operations we are in search for
HR Junior Associate with fluent English+Italian or French language knowledge
- Perform complete, stringent and timely Human Capital Management related administrative tasks in areas of Personal Administration, International Assignment, Organization Management, Performance Management/Compensation and Training Administration;
- Prepare and provide various HR-related reports and status updates for HR professionals around the world;
- Act as point of contact to various HR Affiliates worldwide for wide range of HR-related inquiries;
- Support employee inquiries on usage of various HR tools, such as recruitment and self-service portal;
- Provide subject matter expertise to the company's HR community in SAP HR and also support global HR process initiatives globally
- Fluency in English AND French OR English AND Italian languages
- College or university degree
- Fresh graduates are welcome!
- 0-1 year of experience in administrative role and/or SSC must
- Good command of Microsoft Office, SAP is not a must but preferred
- Outstanding communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multi-tasks and handle complex cases
- Attention to detailsaccuracy in record keeping
