Our newly established international client's Budapest based SSC is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Team Leader with 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Manage an Accounts Payable team (8-9 FTE) which currently handles end-to-end AP tasks. Later, the team will focus on Query Resolution.
- Act as a coach and support the personal development of the team members
- Ensure continuous process improvement in the AP function, manage the required changes in a timely and effective manner
- Build strong partnership with various business partners to achieve high level of customer satisfaction among internal customers
- Maintain the effectiveness of the controls and operating procedures and ensure full compliance with Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 3 years experience in a Team Leader role in Accounts Payable
- Experience in Query Resolution is an advantage
- Strong pople management skills
- Fluent English knowledge is required, command of any other European language is an advantage
- ERP knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and develop a team
- Strong time management and organization skills
