Our Client is one of the leading companies in the world on the field of energy management. They have global presence in 100 countries and have 120.000 employees. On behalf of our Client, we are looking for an Experienced Finance Manager with several years of production background.

Position Purpose: Manage the financial controlling function in terms of Informations Systems, Cost controlling, Internal controlling and financing in order to support unit growth .
Provide any financial information to help the Product Line and the Project Management Team in taking decision. Plan and analyze Financial impacts within prevailing legislation and company guidelines and policies in order to reach the targets especially for profit, cash flow, capital employed and non other financial objectives.

- Analyse, prepare, advise, define the Budget and Business Plan and follow them up (reporting), accurately and timely (monthly closing and reporting, monthly management meetings, Four years plan, quarterly forecast, yearly budget), in order to optimize the financial results (profit, cash flow and capital employed targets)
- Work on Business specific Four Year Plan initiatives
- Manage relationships with external auditors
- Prepare, produce, analyse, co-ordinate, follow-up the financial data and dashboards, make recommendations in order to assist the Management Team in taking decisions, in order to minimize financial risks and to maximize opportunities
- Adapt financial standards & processes and define additional processes at Unit level
- Ensure that finance information System is compliant with
- Insure the reliability of the information / data
- Ensure compliance to the legislation (fiscal, accounting, commercial, other legal…) and Company Rules at Unit level in order to minimize any potential risk
- Follow-up offers and tenders on financial point of view (e.g. Cash and exchange risk position and hedging) and assist sale forces in tender approval by the Group and in tender definition when required
- Analyse the activity of the unit, the discrepancies observed (with the budget for example). Propose an action plan to correct the situation. Follow up the action plan

- College/University degree in finance or accounting
- 8+ years of professional experience in Finance, at least 4-5 years of leadership experience in production environment in a multinational company
- Superuser level knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of domestic and international environment (required to support a matrix organization)
- Experience in project management and cost controlling
- Experience in General ledger & cost accounting
- Familiarity with Hungarian Taxation and Accounting rules
- High degree of diplomacy, judgement and ability to influence persons in all types of positions
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English knowledge
