Our client is a worlwide player in the technology sector, for which we look for an Executive Assistant to their Budapest-based business services center
- Provide personal administrative support and assistance to the Regional General Manager.
- The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
MUST HAVE
- 1-3 years experience supporting at the executive level
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High-level English - written and verbal
