We are looking for highly-motivated, customer service-oriented people in the following position:
Our Client operates in a large number of countries, it is a world leader in production of welding consumables and equipment. Our partner is represented in almost every country by subsidiaries or agents. Sales and support is established in 80 countries and there are 26 manufacturing plants across 4 continents.
- Ensure processing of AP invoices and Employee expenses
- Control payment process
- Monitor reconciliation and payment of the intercompany transactions
- Follow-up reconciliation of the relevant AP accounts
- Liaison between the served units, the SSC and the suppliers
- Coordinate team work (allocation on daily level) to meet SLA
- Prepare and review and analyze together with AP manager team performance and key KPIs
- Participate in monthly closing activities, ensure that closing performed, list of deliverables ready in time and with proper quality
- Handle most non-routine issues
- Prepare and coordinate new country migrations and projects
- College or University degree in Finance and equivalent experience
- 3+ years of people management experience (minimum as team leader, managing a team of minimum 3)
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable field
- Experience in SSC environment
- Understanding of the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay cycle and best practices
- Fluent English knowledge is required, any additional European language is a plus
- ERP knowledge
