Our client is a multinational forwarding company and a subsidiary of a large multinational group, having a steady market position, both in Hungary and in numerous other countries of the world. Currently we are looking for a Logistics Sales Representative.
- Know and understand the company sales and marketing strategy and give added value input to the Key Account channel strategy
- Acquire new customers in the field of international freight forwarding services
- Ensure the activity of the own existing portfolio
- Prepare the quotes and follow up with customers
- Establish long-term partnerships with clients
- Lead the negotiation process
- Manage and participate in ad-hoc projects with the customer
- Hold meetings and report to the Branch Manager regularly
- Send sales leads to oversea agents
- Minimum 3 years experience in cargo sales (especially sales for air/sea shipments) is a must.
- If candidate has also operations background is more preferable
- Outstanding communication skills with pro-active and energetic attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Show full dedication to the function and strong passion for the work
- Fluent-medium level of written and spoken business English and native Hungarian speaker
- Strong MS Office skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
