The HR Specialist is responsible for achieving the HR objectives, through the execution of HR policies and procedures and implementation of plans that provide proactive business solutions for the operations in Europe. Provides independent overall operational support and will ensure the smooth operation of the European HR department from an administrative and system perspective. Also advice and proactive HR programs will be initiated to resolve client HR issues.
- Development and implementation of HR strategies and tactical plans that provide proactive business solutions for the Logistic operations in Hungary;
- Provide coaching/counselling of management
- Analysis of client HR business needs
- Assessment and delivery of proactive HR programs to resolve client HR issues;
- Business partnering with client groups to insure cost effective, value-added and timely HR solutions;
- Took part proactively in recruitment;
- Support the payroll;
- Personnel administration and regulatory compliance of HR processes.
- University or college degree preferably in Human Resources;
- 3-4 years of experience gained in a corporate HR function
- Have strong interpersonal and written communication skills;
- Persuasive personality and excellent negotiation skills;
- Ability to build partnerships and operate in a team environment;
- Excellent English language skills (including Hungarian)
- Experience in a multinational organization;
