- Deep understanding of specific processes to enable them to efficiently support
- Develop accounts ensuring all financial, commercial objectives and customer's requirements are met
- Work closely toghether with Customer Services and Sales
- Manage Customer relationship and expectations
- Interact with customers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Handle all customer and support requests, including opening, maintaining and closing accounts, some financial functions and all other aspects necessary to delivery service excellence.
- Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in Sales and Customer Service in SSC/BSC
- Customer Service skills
- Fluent German and English is a must
- Understanding of customer's needs
- Strong management and organisation skills
- Team player attitude
